Courses at LSAD are taught in English.
When can you apply?
Design students who are in their 6th and 7th semester at the time of application.
Credits and courses
Students typically earn 30 ECTS credits per semester. Modules include studio projects, electives, and contextual studies. Exchange students can choose from a wide range of disciplines.
The academic year
- Semester 1 (2025): Teaching starts 8 Sept for Years 2–4, and 15 Sept for Year 1
- Semester 2 (2026): Teaching starts 12 Jan, exams begin 23 Apr

Study fees
As an exchange student you pay only the AHO semester fee.
Accommodation
TUS does not offer on-campus housing, but the Global Accommodation Team helps students find housing via platforms like Daft.ie, Rent.ie, and University Living.
How to apply
Apply by February 1st for the autumn semester or September 15th for the spring semester.
