Admission results

The following outlines how admission results and decisions for AHO's two-year master's programmes will be communicated, including details on offers of admission, waiting lists, and the process for appeals.

Announcement of admission results

The results for admission will be published in the application portal Søknadsweb, and all applicants will receive an e-mail with the admission decision.

Go to Søknadsweb

Offer of admission

If you receive an offer of admission, you will be sent a Letter of Admission from AHO. Log in to Søknadsweb to submit your response electronically within the specified deadline.

Waiting list

If you are placed on the waiting list, you must either accept or decline your position to keep it. Log in to Søknadsweb and submit your response within the specified deadline.

Applicants will not be informed of their number in line. If a place becomes available and you are next in line, you will receive an offer of admission. The admission continues until the start of classes.

Note: A place on the waiting list is not the same as an admission offer. You only have a study place once you receive a formal offer of admission.

Not qualified

This result indicates that you do not meet our admission requirements:

Not formally qualified: You either did not upload all the required documentation or the provided documentation does not demonstrate your formal qualifications for the programme.

Not academically qualified: The Assessment Committee has determined that your portfolio does not meet the academic standards for the programme, despite having the necessary ECTS and educational background. The assessment criteria are detailed under the Portfolio document requirements on the admissions webpage.

In the appeal, you must specify which decision you are appealing, the change you are requesting, and you should provide the reasons for your appeal, cf. Public Administration Act § 32.
