A signed submission form must be submitted together with the thesis. In addition, AHO asks all PhD candidates to sign the agreement on the online archiving of their doctoral thesis. This form must be signed before the defence of the thesis.
The following forms must be completed and submitted with the doctoral thesis:
- Submission form - PhD thesis (PDF)
- Agreement on online archiving of doctoral thesis in The Norwegian Research Information Repository (NVA)
- Co-author declaration (.docx)
