The new service centre opened in the former reception premises on the ground floor. Going forward, staff from the Student Administration and ICT will be based here.
You are welcome to come here with your questions for the Student Administration. They will guide you in the right direction.
ICT will help you with:
- Equipment loans
- Training/guidance
- Basic troubleshooting of:
- Digital services from the IT team
- Network
- Printing
- Hardware
- User accounts
- Storage services
- AV services
The opening hours at the service centre are provisionally set to 08:30–10:00 and 12:00–15:00 (all weekdays).
The service centre is in a beta phase and a final version will be ready for the start of term in August. We would therefore welcome feedback from both students and staff.
Do you have a suggestion for a name? We are still on the hunt for the best name for this new service.
