Studying can be an exciting, challenging and demanding experience. It is perfectly normal to go through periods of stress, uncertainty, loneliness or other difficulties, whether related to your studies or to life more generally.
There are several places you can turn to if you need someone to talk to, would like advice or need support. Here we have gathered information about counselling services, healthcare and other resources available to students at AHO.
You can reach out about concerns both big and small. You do not need to know what kind of help you need in advance – you are welcome to seek advice and support, whatever you may be going through.
SiO – Mental Health and Counselling
