Submission

You deliver your diploma project in the form of a diploma report, models – if you have that, a presentation of the project and other wise overall production. The production can consist of models, prototypes, installations, diagrams, visualizations, mappings and its’ like. Please note that you cannot develop your project any further after the diploma report/models have been submitted. This applies to models, digital products, etc.

Proofreading and sources

Make sure that you have proofread the spelling and grammar in the text, and that sources are included, whenever external references, photos, diagrams, illustrations, etc. have been used.

Models

Projects that have physical models (mainly in industrial design) deliver these on the model submission day. You will find the date, time and location in the calendar. The models will then be stored in a locked room until you are ready to

mount the exhibition. Other types of project results, such as digital solutions displayed on a screen or other objects that are part of your project, you keep yourself until you mount the exhibition.

Digital files

Submit your diploma report and project digitally in Moodle by the submission deadline. The PDF file must be submitted in a reader-friendly format. If you have to include extra material in addition to the report, put this in an Appendix folder.

Format and file requirements

  • Accepted formats: .PDF, .MP3, .MP4 og .JPEG
  • Maximum file size: 900 MB

Physical copy of the report

It is optional to provide a physical printout of the report to be displayed in the exhibition. If you have a physical copy of the report, you keep it to be placed with the exhibit on the day of installation.

Publication agreement

In addition to the digital files for your diploma project, you must submit a signed publication agreement. The publication agreement should be submitted in a separate folder on Moodle.

After submission

You cannot further develop your project after submission. However, you can continue working on how you present the project by preparing for your presentation and planning the exhibition.
