Effective from the new academic year (2026), AHO has set the tuition fee for full-degree students from non-EU/EEA/Swiss countries to NOK 150,000 per year.

Students from EU/EEA countries and Switzerland will continue to study tuition-free, in line with AHO’s ongoing commitment to international accessibility.

As Irene Alma Lønne, Rector of AHO, states:

"Students from around the world enrich our academic community in countless ways. They share knowledge shaped by diverse experiences, inspire new ways of thinking, and help us build architecture, landscape architecture, and design practices that connect global insight with local relevance."

With this new tuition structure, AHO reaffirms its belief that international students are essential to a diverse and globally engaged academic community.

We look forward to welcoming new students to Oslo!
