Tom Dixon has shaped the design world since the 1980s. He served as Head of Design and Creative Director at Habitat for a decade before founding his own brand in 2004. Today, he leads the eponymous Tom Dixonbrand, renowned for innovative lighting, furniture, and home accessories.
Through Design Research Studio, Dixon has also created interiors for restaurants, clubs, and hotels worldwide. His works are featured in major museum collections, including:
- Victoria and Albert Museum, London
- Museum of Modern Art, New York
- Centre Georges Pompidou, Paris
In recognition of his contributions to British design, Dixon was appointed OBE in 2001.
