Anthony is an artist, researcher, interaction designer and teacher. He is a founder member of Squidsoup, an interactive arts group that combines arts practice and research to create engaging and immersive interactive experiences. Squidsoup work at the overlaps between sound, visual and interactive experience. His current areas of research include non-tactile three dimensional interaction, and visualisation techniques using grids of LEDs in three physical dimensions; and more generally, anything that combines physical space and computer mediated experiences. His work with Squidsoup is regularly exhibited internationally.
Anthony has an MA from Middlesex University (UK), and previously taught at Arts Institute Bournemouth on their Interactive Media and Digital Media Production courses.
Prior to this, Anthony tried a range of careers, including working as an engineer, illustrator, travel photographer, teacher of English as a foreign language, flamenco guitarist and long distance single-handed sailor.
