Anders Durmann Melsom (born 1973) took his diploma at Bergen School of Architecture in 2000. He has working experience from several offices in Norway and abroad, including West 8, Rotterdam. In 2004 he was one of the co-founders of bad-architects.network, an international project-based network of architects. With members of the network he have contributed with projects for the exhibition "Shrinking Cities-Interventions" in the Galerie für Zeitgenössische Kunst, Leipzig 2005, and for "Culture of Risk", the architecture triennale in Oslo 2007. In 2008 he became co-founder and co-editor of Conditions magazine. He participated with Conditions in the Nordic pavilion at the Venice biennale 2010.

Since 2007, he has run his own practice, Melsom Arkitektur. He has been a guest critic/teacher/lecturer in several Scandinavian schools. From 2011 he is teaching first year studio at AHO, as part of the FTH Praksis group.
