HSE Regulations

The Working Environment Act and Regulations for Systematic
Health, Safety and Environmental Activities in Businesses (HSE Regulations) require employers to:

  • maintain a list of hazards in the workplace
  • evaluate risks of health injury and accidents
  • initiate activities and measures to prevent and reduce risks
  • follow-up, correct and make improvements if there are deficiencies
