HSE Regulations
The Working Environment Act and Regulations for Systematic
Health, Safety and Environmental Activities in Businesses (HSE Regulations) require employers to:
- maintain a list of hazards in the workplace
- evaluate risks of health injury and accidents
- initiate activities and measures to prevent and reduce risks
- follow-up, correct and make improvements if there are deficiencies
