November 24th: A Business Day

The Business day will highlight implemented Service Design projects in both the public and private sector and discuss directions within Service Design that have a consequence for innovation in services.

Themes that will be covered during this day:

  •  Service design for public services (cases and methods)
  •  Service design and tourism (examples and results)
  •  Service design to encourage behavioural change (case)
  •  Service design success stories and failures (cases)
  •  What happens when a product becomes a service (examples and discussion)

We also have presentations that cover how to infuse customer dialogue into your service organisation (case) and service thinking in relation to product thinking (discussion and cases).
