Important information for new students

17 August 60 new students will be joining the Master's program in architecture and 30 new students will be joining the Master's program in industrial design.

Ahead of them they have respectively 5.5 and 5 years of studies. The official matriculation will take place Friday 19 August at 11:00, and the school encourages new students to invite their immediate family members to the ceremony.

It is important that new students attend the meetings on Wednesday 17 August. Absence that are not notified and approved in advance will lead to withdrawal of the offer to attend the study programs. Questions or notifications can be sent to studieinfo@aho.no.

Letters with important information have been sent to all new students.  The school encourages students to acquire PC / MAC for use during their studies. Information about the recommended technical configuration of PC / MAC has been sent to all new students. The school has negotiated an agreement with Humac that gives students discounts on purchase of MACs. A similar agreement for PCs is expected to be reached in September. Prices on PC/MAC vary, and students are encouraged to look for other favourable offers. More information will be given during the information meeting.
