Triennale program AHO

AHO is part of the 4th International Architecture Triennale in Oslo, which from September 22 - October 3 will focus on the architecture politics of tomorrow: MAN MADE.


MAN MADE RELEVANCE
Exhibition September 22 - October 3. at The Oslo School of Architecture and Design. Official opening Septemner 22 at 12 o'clock.

Who is the architect of tomorrow? How should the architectural education combine traditional know-how with new demands for social relevance and utility?

For this exhibition, entitled RELEVANCE, AHO have selected six master studios, all working experimentally with themes relevant to current or future societies or with conceptual and technical development with an artistic approach.

Opening hours: Mon-Fri 09am-6pm. Sat-Sun:12-5 pm.

The exhibition will be open in relation to the Oslo River Festival Thursday September 23rd. Entrance: Free


MAN MADE LECTURES

A series of lectures/mini seminars with invited Norwegian and international professionals and scholars. The seminars are presented by OCCAS (the Oslo Center for Critical Architectural Studies), AHO. All lectures are held in English


MAN MADE YOUNGSTORGET

In addition to AHOs formal contribution to the Triennale, 15 students from AHO is involved in creating and building the main Triennale installation in the heart of Oslo, at Youngstorget (Young's Square). The installation is meant to create architectural experiences for children.


During the Triennale, Oslo will be filled to the brim with small or lagre events, exhibitions and happenings relating to the central theme of MAN MADE, architecture for tomorrow.
