IT department
The IT department is experiencing problems with the support web!
Next semester we plan to implement a new and modern Helpdesk system that will take care of requests and incidents in a more efficient and correct way. As part of this system we will also introduce a service catalog. Each service that we provide will be accompanied by a service level agreement that will describe what the users can expect of the service. More info will follow later!
